YOU have responsibilities to US and WE have responsibilities to YOU, the subscriber.

YOUR responsibilities to US

As a condition of subscribing to and using the cassone-art.com website, YOU agree to keep secret your password and log-in details. Cassone Art Limited reserves the right to cease allowing access to cassone-art.com without refund of subscription if WE have reasonable grounds to believe that YOU are in breach of this condition.

(Our system permits YOU to log in to Cassone from  two devices at one time, but conditions on the Internet that are beyond our control may mean that in practice YOU are at times limited to one device.)

OUR responsibilities to YOU

When YOU visit cassone-art.com YOU provide US with two types of information: personal information YOU knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by US when you subscribe, and information collected by US as YOUinteract with OUR Service.
