Rose English – Book launch

In the lead up to Rose English's summer exhibition at Camden Arts Centre, London, a new book, Abstract Vaudeville: The Work of Rose English is to be published by Ridinghouse on Wednesday, 11 March.
This comprehensive monograph documents English's 40-year career to date, including major site-specific performances and large-scale spectaculars.
The evening will start with a short introduction to English's work by Tate Modern Director Chris Dercon, which will followed by a reading by author Guy Brett and an in conversation between English, Brett, Dercon and co-editor Martha Fleming.
Owing to the anticipated popularity of this event, the talk will also be broadcast on thisistomorrow and screened live in the Camden Arts Centre bookshop.
The talk will be followed by screenings of English's performances and a book signing with both Brett and English in the bookshop and café, where drinks will be served and the monograph will be available to purchase.
